Short version: we use your details to price your pool and for nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not run a mailing list.

What the form collects

Your name, phone number, and suburb or address. Email is needed for the instant estimate so we can send you the price. On the other forms it is optional, and so are the pool preferences: model, size, how you would like it done, your timing and any notes. The form also records how you found us, which is the referring site or the tag on the link you clicked.

Why we collect it

To work out a delivered price for your site and to answer your enquiry. The address is what sets the freight distance from the factory. That is the whole purpose.

Where it goes

Into Hull Pools’ own email and lead system, and nowhere else. Three services carry the message and nothing more: Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores the enquiry, Web3Forms, which emails the form to us, and Telegram, which notifies Will on his phone. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

While a quote is live, and after that for as long as tax and warranty records require.

Getting it deleted

Email hello@hullpools.com.au and ask, and we will. You can also ask what we hold and ask us to correct it. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints at oaic.gov.au.
